my baji Terms and Conditions

my baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino, sports betting and other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between my baji and its members.

By starting to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definition of Services

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali text shall prevail.

Anyone wishing to become a member of my baji must complete the registration process. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Providing a correct name, email address and mobile number at registration is mandatory.
• An account is strictly personal — opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Keeping the password secure is the member's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support centre must be notified immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

my baji reserves the right to verify identity at any time via national ID card, passport or other documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete. If incorrect information is provided or verification fails, the account may be suspended.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. my baji may request proof of age at any time. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

If you become aware that a minor is using your account, contact our support centre immediately.

Financial transactions on my baji are processed through the mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

my baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example — on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance is ৳3,000 and a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and deposited funds are tracked separately.
• Winnings from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when playing with bonus funds.
• my baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, my baji reserves the right to investigate and take the necessary action.

my baji offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, live casino and fishing games. Each game has its own rules and those rules shall be considered final.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered final only when the system has successfully confirmed it. The amount for any bet cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded. Changes to a bet are generally not possible after it has been placed.

6.2 Results and Disputes

The results of sports events are verified from official sources. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support centre within 72 hours. my baji's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Software Errors

my baji reserves the right to void any winnings obtained due to a technical error in a game or software. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using hacking, malware or other technical means on the platform.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other members.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Deliberately exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

my baji treats the protection of members' personal data as the highest priority. SSL encryption and modern security technology are used to keep financial and personal information secure.

8.1 Data Sharing

my baji does not sell members' information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared for security investigations, legal requirements or service operations.

my baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it never becomes a source of harm.

Our Responsible Gaming section offers features to set deposit limits, take a self-break and temporarily close an account if needed. Members may use these tools at any time.

10.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support centre. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closure.

• Betting losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Errors in third-party software or devices.
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Account security being compromised due to the member's own negligence.

my baji always strives to provide the highest quality service, but an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service cannot be given.

my baji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
